Finally, spring is here!!! Plants are starting to show some life in the garden. With the warm weather we can finally get out and do some spring cleaning outdoors. Tidying up the garden, removing the old twigs from the flowerbeds is always rewarding. Gardening is a great time to practice mindfulness. Clear your mind of everything and just focus on the moment. These moments of mindfulness are opportunities to relax and unwind.
