At the beach

Although it is the first day of fall it feels like an extended summer.  Take some time out to practice mindfulness and engage in a walking meditation in nature.  The beach is a perfect spot as there are so many sights and sounds. The sound of water is very soothing and calming.  This is a great stress reliever.  Leave your technology behind and enjoy your 'me' time.

 

Continue to practice Reiki on a regular basis as this strengthens your skills and you will feel more confident as a practitioner.  You can practice on your pets or family members.  I regularly send reiki to my cat and dog and they enjoy it.
